1. About us

closy.store is operated by Closy, based in Zgharta, Lebanon. By browsing or ordering on this website you accept these terms.

2. Products

Closy sells pre-loved (second-hand) clothing, shoes and accessories. Each item is unique: there is only one piece per listing and no restock. Each item is inspected before listing, and its condition is stated on the product page. Photos show the actual item. Branded items are sold as pre-loved goods by an independent reseller; Closy is not affiliated with the brands.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include the item only. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Crossed-out "retail" prices are estimates of the item's original price when new, given for reference.

4. Offers

Buy 2, get 1 free: when 3 eligible items are in the cart, the cheapest one is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash. Offers may change or end at any time; the offer shown at checkout is the one that applies.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Because every piece is one of one, an item is only reserved once your order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you will not be charged for it.

6. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and Whish. Payment is due when the order is delivered, unless agreed otherwise.
