Your questions

What kind of file should I send?

A JPG or PNG, as large as you have it — the original photo from your phone is perfect. For logos, a PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result. Avoid screenshots: they're too small to print sharply.

How long does it take?

Every piece is printed just for you. Allow a few working days for printing, then delivery anywhere in Lebanon. We'll message you as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a custom piece?

Because it's made only for you, a custom piece can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Can I use any image?

Only images you have the right to use. We won't print designs that copy someone else's brand or artwork, or that are offensive — we'll get in touch if there's an issue.

Will the colours match my screen?

Very closely, but every screen is different, so printed colours can vary slightly from what you see in the preview.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery, like everything on Closy. You pay when your piece arrives.
