Our promise

Every piece is inspected, measured and photographed before it goes online, and any wear is written in the condition note. If the item you receive does not match its description or photos, we will make it right.

How to request a return

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by WhatsApp (+961 79 054 684) or email (closy579@gmail.com).
2. Send your order number, the item number (#) and a photo showing the issue.
3. We will reply with the next steps.

Conditions

The item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the condition it was delivered. Because each piece is one of one, we cannot exchange an item for the same piece in another size.

Refunds

Once the item is received back and checked, we refund the price of the item by the payment method agreed with you (cash or Whish). If the item did not match its description, we also cover the delivery cost.
